Chagrin Falls -      Imagine my frustration. Here we are at another onset of winter in Ohio and when I try to turn on my furnace......... nothing. There was no way to know at this point that my call to DeBord would be the smartest decision I have made lately. For my service call I had the pleasure of meet your technician named Mark. By the time I got home he was well into his diagnosis. A blocked heat exchange. Hmmmmm, sounds costly. He gave me a few options about repairing my 20 year old furnace and then spoke the magic words. New furnace, 12 months financing, no interest.................... Sold! He scheduled a date for installation and said that even though he mainly did service, he would be back for installation.
     Then the day came and early in the morning the dreaded phone call. At first when Mark said he would not be coming out this day I thought "great, I take the day off work and now no furnace". He quickly explained that another technician (Robert) would be doing the work. What a concept, an employee willing to go the extra distance to keep the customer up to speed. Nice! He even called later in the day to make sure everything met my approval. Shortly after his call, Robert shows up, much earlier than expected, to do work.
     Now, let me say I have worked for AT&T for over 40 years in customer contact jobs. These two guys could teach the majority of our techs some real valuable lessons with the way they handled themselves. I would have to say that the way Robert worked throughout the day would have given me a run for my money. From the start to finish it seemed like every move he made was very well thoughout and planned. No time wasted anywhere. I could go on and on, but in closing, I want your company to know how fortunate they are to have these guys representing you. And my guess is that your other techs are equally as qualified. One last thing. Did I say how impressed I am with the total experience of having dealt with DeBord's.
