Leona Kratochvil
(Office Manager- Company Vice President) Leona graduated from John Carroll University with a BA in education. After teaching middle school for several years she ventured into the Plumbing, Heating and Cooling industry. In 1989, she became fully entrenched int eh industry and has been working with clients ever since. She if the proud mother of three children and lives in the Munson Area.

| Dennis B. Kratochvil (Company President and Plumbing Manager) Dennis is a fourth generation plumber and he feels that he could not have picked a greater profession to be in. He enjoys meeting and helping people and improving their quality of life. Dennis enjoys getting up going to work early. He feels that he is surrounded by the best co-workers possible. Their attitudes and their true concern for their co-workers and clients make each day a great day. Dennis is blessed to have three wonderful children, a great wife and so many true friends. He grew up in Chesterland and believes Northeast Ohio is one of the greatest places to live and raise his family. They keep the family busy with sports and various activities. They enjoy water sports, cam p ing, the outdoors, skiing and community activities such as baseball and soccer. |

Bretton Rebol (HVAC Operations Manager) Bretton is a newer addition to the Company but definately not new to the industry. He lives in Madison with his wife and one of his daughters. His other children are grown and already out of the house. Bretton enjoys working with clients to optimize their heating and cooling comfort. He also enjoys target shooting competatively in his spare time. |
| Diane Polakowski (Customer Service/Accounting) Diane has been with DeBord Services since 2005. She enjoys working with the public as a customer service representative, as well as the daily challenge of the companies accounting. She has lived in Geauga county all of her life, and get a lot of satisfaction out of helping her neighbors and clients. |

Lisa Giles (Customer Service/Accounting) Lisa has been with DeBord Services since 2006 and has a wide variety of duties within the office. She is married and her children are her four cats and a horse. |
| Joe Kinkoph (Dispatcher) Joe has been with DeBord Services since 2008. He has over 8 years of experience in dispatching. He loves what he does because he has the opportunity to work closely with the technicians and customers. He trys to ensure that each and every customer is treated how he would expect to be treated. |

Billie Schuth (Customer Service Representative) Billie is new to DeBord Services and is excited about assisting our clients and getting to know them. She has lived in Geauga County for 12 years and has three children.
