Leona Kratochvil has been with DeBord's since May 1989. At that time, she and her husband decided to join forces and purchase Debord's from Dennis' Uncle Jack Debord. It has been a wonderful experience and she enjoys seeing how the business has grown as a family.
Leona & Dennis were married in July 1988 and have three wonderful children: Brittany, Bret and Hunter. Their children have been actively involved in the plumbing business as well, whether it be sleeping in a crib at the office when they were little, or helping to file paperwork when things were busy. They are terrific kids and enjoy growing up in the Chesterland area. As a family they enjoy, swimming, skiing, hiking, family vacations and good friends. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing & DeBord's One Hour have a wonderful family of employees who genuinely care about each other, their families, and our clients. It is great to see how this two man plumbing company in 1989 has grown to become one of the best plumbing companies in Geauga County.

| Dennis B. Kratochvil is a fourth generation plumber and he feels that he could not have picked a greater profession to be in. He enjoys meeting and helping people and improving their quality of life. Dennis enjoys getting up early and going to work. He feels that he is surrounded by the best co-workers possible. Their attitudes and their true concern for their co-workers and clients make each day a great day.
Dennis is blessed to have three wonderful children, a great wife and so many true friends. He grew up in Chesterland and believes Northeast Ohio is one of the greatest places to live and raise his family. His children are currently 16,18, and 21. They keep the family busy with sports and various activities. They enjoy water sports, camping, the outdoors, skiing and motor sports.
