Dennis Kratochvil

Dennis B. Kratochvil (Company President and Plumbing Manager) Dennis is a fourth generation plumber, and he feels that he could not have picked a greater profession to be in. He enjoys meeting and helping people and improving their quality of life. Dennis enjoys getting up and going to work early. He feels that he is surrounded by the best co-workers possible. Their attitudes and their concern for their co-workers and clients make each day a great day. Dennis is blessed to have three beautiful children, a great wife and amazing friends. He grew up in Chesterland and believes Northeast Ohio is one of the best places to live and raise his family. They keep the family busy with sports and various activities. They enjoy water sports, camping, the outdoors, skiing and community activities such as baseball and soccer.

Leona Kratochvil

Leona graduated from John Carroll University with a BA in education. After teaching middle school for several years, she ventured into the Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling industry. In 1989, Leona became entrenched in the industry and had been working with clients ever since. She is the proud mother of three children and lives in the Munson area.


Tim-Neely Tim Neely

Tim Neely (HVAC Operations Manager) joined the Debord One Hour team in 2012 and is a certified HVAC expert. What I love most about my job is assisting our clients and making a difference in their lives.

Breton Rebol

I have been with DeBord’s for several years now and am happy to call it home. The quality of the service we provide and the customer first attitude of everyone here makes it easy to do my job. I look forward to giving customers the kind of service they deserve and with the team we have, I know it can be accomplished. I have lived in Lake/Geauga Counties my whole life and feel it is a great place to raise my family, mostly due to the kindness and attitude of our community and everything we have to offer.

Jason_MacCartney Jason MacCartney

Jason MacCartney has been with the One Hour team since 2010. I love sharing my knowledge for basic repair and maintenance with our clients and teaching them about their heating and cooling systems.


 Matthew Munson 

Matthew Munson served in the U.S. Army for four years. he spent time in South Africa while serving in the service. he studied HVAC in a trade school after his discharge, in Dallas. Matt married his high school sweetheart in 2014. They have a son who was born in 2015. he enjoys spending time with his family and friends and weight lifting at the gym. 

Jim Merhar

I started with DeBord’s One Hour In March of 2015. I am excited to be assisting our clients with HVAC service and new installations. It’s a great feeling knowing that you can help someone when either their house is too hot or too cold. I also enjoy working with some of the best technicians in the industry.

Tyler Hardman

Tyler Hardman is a lifelong native of Geauga county. he started his HVAC career with DeBord’s One Hour in 2013. He recently married in January 2017. There is no better feeling than going into a home that has no heat and fixing the unit so that the house is warm once again. 

Mike Taylor

I started with Debord’s One Hour in 2011 and have enjoyed working in a family-oriented atmosphere. I have three children and live in Hiram. Helping our clients to get heat and air back up and working is my top priority.



Hunter Kratochvil

Hi, my name is Hunter Kratochvil. I am a 5th generation plumber/HVAC technician. I was born and raised in Chesterland, Ohio. I love helping people and I like a challenge. I take pride in a job well done and a satisfied homeowner.

Diane McArdle

I am the Customer Service Representative that takes your calls and keeps your invoices straight. I joined the company in January of 2005 and enjoy working with the public, as well as the daily challenge of the companies accounting. I’ve lived in Geauga County my whole life, and get a lot of satisfaction out of helping my neighbors and clients.

Debbie Stewart

I started with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and DeBord’s One Hour in 2015. I am married and have a son and daughter. In my spare time, I love spending time camping, traveling and spending time with family and friends. I have 30 years experience in the customer service field and will go above and beyond to ensure that our clients receive excellent attention.

Joe Kinkoph

I have been a dispatcher at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing & One Hour since 2008. I love what I do because I have the opportunity to work closely with technicians and customers. I try to ensure that each and every customer of ours is treated how I would expect to be treated


 Lisa Giles

I joined the company in 2006 and have a wide variety of duties in the office. I am married, and our children are four cats, a dog and a horse. I enjoy working with our clients and periodically getting to met some of them when they stop in at the office.
